The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Accounts Plaza.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Refund Policy > R.P
  • User / Customer > You
  • Website refers to Accounts Plaza, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

What we Cover

Accounts Plaza official R.P covers each and every product on our website with no exceptions. Validity of our refund policy is 7 days. i.e. we only hold your payment for no more than 7 days during which period you can raise a dispute against the seller. Once we’ve got your case, we’ll immediately freeze seller’s payments until the dispute is resolved. In case the seller was unable to deliver the product within 24 hours of payment, then we automatically issue a full refund to buyers. (you do not need to raise a refund request for this; only in case it’s been 3 to 7 bussiness days and you didn’t received the refund).

It’s always better to test your item within the first 3 days carefully.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use Accounts Plaza wallet for Refund your Amount.

How is it different from the one mentioned in the product OR that given by seller?

Accounts plaza R.P is entirely different from that offered by respective sellers. We only offer a refund period of maximum 7 days for filing a dispute against seller, whereas seller’s refund policy can vary from product to product. Actually, main difference between both is that if the seller rejects your request for refund or replacement or if a conflict arises between both the parties, that is when you can file a dispute for a refund with Accounts Plaza.

Our policy is global i.e each product is covered. But, sellers policies can vary from products to products and sellers to sellers. It is entirely up to them to give the duration of refund /replacement policy. NOTE: Some sellers may not even offer a refund policy at all, so it’s better that you read the product description carefully and if you have any doubt contact the seller by “Ask a question?” on the product page.

In case, it’s been more than 3 days and after that the product has stopped and is within the the seller’s warranty policy, and the seller refuses to fulfill the request then also you can file a dispute with us. Though you may or may not get your full money back, but it’ll surely help to take down scammers from Accounts Plaza.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

How do we issue an refund?

In both cases, i.e. refund from seller or Accounts Plaza, the refund amount will be deposited in your Account Plaza Wallet

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Cases for which no refund will be issued:

  • In case you misuse our services, by fake claim (can also lead to account closure), etc.
  • If You change your mind after payment or you want to buy another products.
  • If the seller wins the dispute for a transaction.
  • In case you misuse our services, by fake claim (can also lead to account closure), etc.
  • You disrespect the seller or any other Accounts Plaza work staff.
  • You Brocked our law and T&C.
